This is the Show Flat for people who will purchase the apartment to have an overview of their future home. It includes architecture design and landscape design. Once the apartments are open to the public, they were sold for 350M $ in 2021.

Langfang is located in the core of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. It is adjacent to Beijing Daxing Airport to the west and 60 km away from the central city of Beijing in a straight line. It is a good place to take over the overflow population from Beijing, which is also the favorable claim of this project
